Primis is a Video Discovery technology used by 100s of digital publishers across the world, empowering 350M monthly uniques with an engagement-based video experience that recommends video content users love.
About the Position
Primis is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist as maternity leave replacment for ~6 months, to join our HR Team.
This position would be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
Responsibilities:
- Have end-to-end responsibility for the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers at all levels to understand technical requirements
- Screening resumes and performing in- person and phone interviews with candidates.
- Sourcing via social media (LinkedIn , Facebook, job boards).
- Being the focal point with recruitment companies.
- Create exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process
- Oversee employee life cycle, onboarding, welfare, and termination.
Requirements
- At leaset 2 years of experience in all recruitment aspects.
- Expereince hiring for R&D positions- a must.
- Relevant Bachelor's degree.
- Expertise with modern recruitment tools and methodologies, including Linkedin sourcing and different AI tools.
- Hands-on experience with managing full cycle recruiting processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hebrew.
- Experience working with Comeet system- a big plus.
